Rodrigo González has a master's degree in Business Management for Executives with experience in the Pan American Institute of Senior Business Management (IPADE), studied Civil Engineering with subsystem in Planning (Universidad Iberoamericana). He has 10 years in the construction and real estate sector in companies such as Consorcio Arca, Logitech and Nemesis Capital, among others.

He has extensive experience performing the following activities: Obtaining financial resources through companies, investors and banks (bridge and long-term loans, as well as business lines of credit). In the definition of real estate investment strategies. Preparation of participation and association strategies with investors and partners. Evaluation of real estate investment projects. Negotiation and institutional relationship with banks, investors and partners. Expansion for the commercial and residential area of the different companies in which he has worked. Negotiation of lease contracts with anchors and sub-anchors. Supervision of the accounting and treasury area. Implementation of controls and ERP, as well as policies and procedures.

Chief Financial Officer

Jorge Rivera has more than 16 years of professional experience, with more than 10 years in the real estate sector in management positions in companies such as Ara Consortium and Jorisa Group, where his responsibilities focused on matters related to corporate finance, treasury and accounting, financial planning and strategic, evaluation of investment projects, financing and structuring of capital for real estate investment projects, portfolio management, implementation controls, policies and procedures, as well as implementation and optimization of the use of ERPs. Previously, Jorge served as Director of Business Development in ADL Visor, a Fintech company focused on finding financing solutions for SMEs. Additionally, Jorge has experience in strategic and business consulting. Jorge is an Industrial and Systems Engineer from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education and has a Master in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

Benoit González has more than 11 years of professional experience, mainly in M & A transactions, fund structuring, stock and real estate issues. He has worked in Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes, S.C., Kuri Breña, Sanchez, Ugarte and Aznar, S.C., where he received a scholarship to study his master's degree in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University. He subsequently worked as a lawyer in Grupo ICA, participating mainly in the structuring of financings and stock issues, and finally in Grupo Modelo, where his main responsibilities were focused on matters related to the sale of assets of great relevance to Grupo Modelo and its subsidiaries, as well as such as the merger of Anheuser-Busch InBev with SAB Miller, considered one of the largest mergers in history. Benoit is a lawyer from the Universidad Iberoamericana and has a master's degree in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University.

Construction Management

He is an Architect graduated from the UNAM with a summa cum laude Mention. He has a Master's Degree in Works Administration from the CMIC, a Diploma in concrete works from the IMCYC and senior management studies at ICAMI. Since February 2017, he has been Director of Construction of Fibra Plus and previously served 4 years as Director of Operations for the area of infrastructure projects of Grupo Salinas. He has developed integral industrial, corporate and hotel projects for companies such as Procter & Gamble, Holiday Inn, Halliburton, Abilia, Grupo Posadas, IHG, ARA Consortium among others.

Project Management

Architect graduated from the University of Guanajuato with a Master's Degree in Business Management from IPADE and a Diploma from "Advisors in Action" from the same Educational Institution. More than 20 years of professional practice of architecture with more than 1.5 million m2 projected and built in more than 20 states of the Mexican Republic in projects of Commercial, Industrial High Specification for the automotive industry and Airport for Airport Group Pacific. 3 years of experience managing commercial real estate and offices for Real Estate Trusts.
